The Second International Migration Review Forum to be convened under the auspices of the General Assembly and be chaired by the President of the General Assembly, serves as the primary intergovernmental global platform to discuss and share progress on the implementation of all aspects of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM).
