Juanita Majury, a member of the Join the Dots Together Steering Group, is looking forward to attending the “EcoOne Meeting 2026”, taking place in Castel Gandolfo, Italy, from 18th–20th September.
The international gathering will bring together people from different backgrounds who share a passion for the environment and the future of our planet. Through science, spirituality, dialogue and concrete action, the meeting will explore the three key themes of “Identity, Network and the Future”.
Stefania Papa, Coordinator of EcoOne, describes the meeting as an opportunity to bring together people with different experiences, skills and backgrounds but a shared concern for the planet. She says the aim is to draw on expertise from “science, education, social engagement, and spirituality” to develop ideas, collaborations and “concrete ways forward.”
At a time when environmental and social challenges are increasingly interconnected, this seems a particularly valuable opportunity to listen, learn from one another, share good practice and strengthen the networks working for a more sustainable and just future.
