In March 2024, NICVA in partnership with a committee from across the youth work and play sector engaged with over 150 staff and volunteers. Through a series of workshops participants discussed the future sustainability of voluntary youth work. Their insights helped shape an evidence-based research report that captures the current state of voluntary youth work in Northern Ireland and outlines future needs and recommendations.
